We currently house over 40 graduate students and research scholars at UM every year, an activity we have been engaged in for the last 15 years.  All our properties are conveniently located within a quarter mile of the UM Campus boundary at Red Road and are fully-furnished and very well maintained.

Our properties are located in South Miami near the UM Campus and close to supermarkets (Whole Foods, Publix), The Shops at Sunset Place (Mall) and to public transportation, bus routes and Metro (overhead train). Our rooms are reasonably priced in the mid market range.

Accommodation 

Housing options include 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartments, 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom Houses and limited shared accommodation for a maximum of 2 students. 
The accommodation comes fully-furnished for the convenience of the students, including foreign students, who wish to settle down to studies at the University of Miami without the hassle of shopping for furniture, bed linen, cutlery etc.

Students' bedrooms are private with exclusive bathrooms, except in the few cases in which a bathroom is shared. 

Male and female students are housed in separate properties.
